If only I could give AMIC 0 stars. This place is so unprofessional and disrespectful to their patients. The medical director or his wife do not return phone calls.. I was with the practice for 7 years and I think I had 5 Doctors in that time frame. They can’t keep physicians or staff..If they treat there physicians and staff like they do their patients.. If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I rarely write negative reviews, but after more than 20 years working in healthcare management, I have never experienced such poor customer service from a medical office. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, as calls routinely go unanswered. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!! They NEVERRRR answer the phones here. Ive been trying to re schedule my appointment since yesterday morning and still nothing but they have the audacity to charge my insurance $40 for a no show!!!
Visited this facility as a new patient wanting information on weight management. I am a 72yr old female with no chronic medical issues, no medications. The receptionist was very professional along with Dee, the Physicians Assistant. They did do an EKG immediately upon going into the exam room, which I found weird but whatever. As Dee is hooking me up to the EKG, the door opens and someone in a white coat comes in, sits at the laptop and is asking Dee about some other patient.
