This place is definitely not professional at all. They also tend to have rude staff upfront and hit you with fees the same day of your appointment instead of telling you prior to be prepared to pay. I will be changing Doctors office asap. I should have known being that my first appointment was A bad experience and also Dr. morales didn’t even hear me out or help me with my issues. So I’m paying for services I’m not even receiving.
Three years ago this place was nice!! The doctors now at AIMC are absolutely horrible they never call you back when u call for information..they do the very minimum! You have to call about a referral cause no one sent it!! Or waste your time and gas showing up to an apt and can’t be seen at cause there is no refferal. YOU have to do all the ground work when people are getting paid to provide you with care. There is a huge lack of CARE going on at AIMC
Dr. Virella is the best! Her staff is the best too.
