The technician, Levi came by early this morning to look at my problem. He installed a different drain for the AC drain. He recommended how to place pea gravel in the area where the rain covers the gas line. I will trench around the area, and put down a layer of pea gravel. I was told if this does not solve the problem Advanced Heating & Air will re-route the gas line. The gas furnace & AC are still on warranty.

The service person really knew his job. Had the problem fixed in min's. Very professional . I plan on telling others how well I was treated and I got a big mouth so business should really pick up 😃 .
