Matt is great, told me I had a bad breaker. Paid an electrician to trace wiring only to find a second breaker box next to the unit Randall installed up in the attic. Replaced breaker and everything is running fine. Total cost to me, including Matt's service call, was over $250. From now on, when I have service calls, I am requesting the attic unit be checked as well. Don't want anyone servicing my units but Matt or Andrew. Thanks
Can't seem to fix a hot water heater. After their first repair, has now left us twice with no hot water. Calling the answering service is a waste of time. Now looking forward to a weekend with no hot water.
Should be a zero. Horrible customer service, poor repairs. I want the owner to call me.
Person who came to my home was curtious and professional. Work was done in a timely fashion. I have recommended Advanced Heating and Air to others in my community and will continue to use their services.
