I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Dr. Vaughn and her entire staff are outstanding. We ordered frames and they came in the following week. Sophia was so helpful in assisting my girls to pick out frames.
I've been waiting 2 months for frames to come in, that may, or may not even be something I like. Every time I call, I feel I get the run around. They have a very limited frame selection and order frames based on what they think you may like, vs picking them out yourself. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, ever.
