My expectations must have been too high. I expected to be treated with exceptional customer service, instead we were made to feel a nuisance! It seems these people are more interested in keeping up appearances than taking care of their customers!! Unfriendly, no communication & down right rude!! Advanced Eye Care failed to make my lenses correctly twice for a total of 7 weeks after purchasing them.The last time or the third attempt to correct improperly made lenses. I asked for a refund and am still waiting for it to be placed in my checking account. They said it could take up to 10 days to be refunded. They also did not return money to the insurance company that they had bilked to the insurance company which is insurance fraud

Fantastic service. Dr. A rocks. Before my trip to Advanced eye care i was having to squint all of the time. At the restaurant, the grocery store, bingo on Thursday nights. It was embarrassing having the person next to me point out G48 on my bingo card. Ten minutes with Dr. Anderson and my vision is perfect. We took our 3 year old daughter to Dr. Melanie Thompson. She was everything you would want in a Dr. sweet, carrying, knew what she was doing and more! The staff was very good too. My 3 year old talks about the eye Dr. and wants to go back.
