It was my first visit. Won't be my last. The staff that work here are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and happy to be there. To all the great people that helped, waited, and took care of all my eye needs today and in the future, thank you very much and highly recommend anyone to see them for all your eye care needs.
My expectations must have been too high. I expected to be treated with exceptional customer service, instead we were made to feel a nuisance! It seems these people are more interested in keeping up appearances than taking care of their customers!! Unfriendly, no communication & down right rude!! Advanced Eye Care failed to make my lenses correctly twice for a total of 7 weeks after purchasing them.The last time or the third attempt to correct improperly made lenses. I asked for a refund and am still waiting for it to be placed in my checking account. They said it could take up to 10 days to be refunded. They also did not return money to the insurance company that they had bilked to the insurance company which is insurance fraud
