RecommendedGreat service and people!! Only problem is I’m on my third set of lenses that I have paid for that are supposed to be scratch resistance! Other than that I will continue to go back!!

Gave up my one free morning a week to go have an eye exam that didn’t even happen. The first girl that took me back was great, but the ‘doctor’ was pushy, condescending, and then refused to check my eyes after I’d been there for an hour because SHE had made me so anxious that she didn’t feel she would get a good reading. Go here if you want to waste your time. 🙄

RecommendedI have never been to a place that was so professional, caring and so down to earth in one building. I never felt more at ease at an appointment as I did on 6/18 . The staff is amazing and Dr. Cowan is just so kind , funny and relaxed. I’m so thankful I found them.
when I called to make appointments for me and my husband I was told our insurance was excepted and exams was covered. so after almost 3 hrs we went to pick up prescriptions on the way out and we can't get them because all of the sudden we are not in network and owe them money. we left there beyond upset and mad. they were horrible and everyone we know will hear why. we have already scheduled with someone else and they have assured us we will get our glasses with minimal out of pocket. never again will we go anywhere near the... read more
