You see a different doctor each time and they contradict each other and and don’t return phone calls left for the nurse when the prescriptions aren’t working. Today’s doctor or PA was in such in a rush she told me to read the instructions when I pick up my meds to explain how to use it and didn’t give me the opportunity to ask any questions.
RecommendedDr. Englert is great. She has a personality that puts you at ease the moment she walks in. I felt comfortable right away. I hate that I can recall the assistant’s name- I want to say Melissa?- because she was wonderful as well. I know I will be returning to the practice for all my dermatological needs from now on.
