I went to advanced dermatology today for my first ever visit to a dermatologist and I left very satisified. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly, I filled out my paper work and was called back within 5 minutes. From there I went through the whole run down of what would happen from the assistant who was friendly and very helpful. went to the Towson office today for my very first visit. I have to say, I am very pleased with this office. very friendly staff and the doctor, Chris is very very personable. will definitely go back to him for all of my dermatology needs !!!!!
Been to many different dermatologists and Advanced in Bel Air is awesome. I was treated great by the entire staff. Thumbs up to Chris and Felicia for their care.
Just received my explanation of benefits from my insurance company....I was fine with a co-pay for a simple wart removal from my son's hand, but when I saw that North Baltimore Dermatology charged $250.00 for 2 sprays from a canister of liquid nitrogen and about 10 minutes of the PA's time I was appalled! We now owe $40 more.. Seriously?!
Staff is always willing to help and give lots of insight on products. If a surgery is needed they make you very comfortable. They make sure you are getting results and not just making a sale. Will tell you if they think certain products aren't necessary and help find what is targeted to you specifically. Very clean environment and highly qualified providers. Have seen amazing results I thought I'd never get!
Horrible experience. After waiting 45 minutes Jeanne seeberger had no bed side manor. She scared my 7 year old by telling him she was going to cut skin off his nose. Then got uncomfortable when he cried and told me to see a plastic surgeon for what may or not be basil cell carcinoma. She "can't tell but may be something".
