The staff seemed friendly but I think they should be more aware of the time they leave a patient waiting. We sat 45 minutes after our appt time to be taken back. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's and im sure they wouldn't wait almost an hour for me to show up for my appt. When i am missing work this is an issue for me.
