This is an incredible practice. I have been at the Towson and Bel Air offices on numerous occasions. The staffs are incredible and the treatments and care are outstanding. The Doctors, PA’s and staff are very professional and competent. I could not be more pleased.

Very efficient management of the office. Every customer is greeted, signed in and within minutes and assistance comes and escorts you to an examination room.
The staff in the Towson location are friendly and very competent, especially the Nurse Practitioner Meredith and the Nurse whom I believe his name was James. I have spoken on the phone with the staff at the Bel Air location and they seem friendly as well.
n 2016, I have never felt so discriminated against. I had a 2:15 appointment with Dr. Mona. I arrived early because I WAS a new patient. i waited over an hour before i was called back. Was asked the same questions I filled out by some girl. And waited again. Waited another 10 minutes before I decided I had enough. So, I waited a grand total of 1 hour and 10 minutes for nothing. I will be calling my insurance company and law office. Get over it Obama is still the President. WORST DR'S APPOINTMENT EVER!!!!!
