The Doctor and her staff treat you like you're a family friend. Appointments are easy to make and they run a very smooth operation. They explained everything that was done. Answered all my questions and mapped out a plan to keep my teeth in tip top shape.
I always appreciate Dr. Norten's kind, caring manner. She also tells you what she's going to do before she does it and how far along she is on the more uncomfortable parts. She works quickly but carefully.
The service and attention that we recieved at Dr. Norton's office was outstanding! They made us feel as if they had known us for years and they treated us like individuals not just another patient!
My family loves Dr. Norten. She and her staff are always friendly, warm, and caring.
