Everyone in the office is always so nice! The staff always cares and it's quite comical to listen to Mistie & her mom work together. :)
All very courteous. All remember my name. Very personable, but also very professional, thorough and knowledgable. Not sure I would ever say this as far as going to a dentist, but the experience is pleasureable at least as far as dentist appts are. It is a great group.
I am very afraid of dentists but the staff at this office help me relax and they do a great job in giving complete dental exams. Dental work I have had done has always been great. Very professional.
The dentist is my least favorite place to be...I'd rather be audited by the IRS. My entire experience was pleasant. I never felt anxious. The staff explained everything as they went along. I would highly recommend Dr. Norten's practice to everyone!
Everyone is soo nice and caring! Very thourough and understanding. i love that the office is EXTREMELY flexible and is willing to work with whatever your availability may be.
Dr. Norten and her staff always make my appointments pleasant and comfortable. As a person who has dental anxiety I have actually found that since I began seeing Dr. Norten two years ago I am much less anxious than with my former dentist. She explains everything she is doing and is patient with all my questions. I have recommended her to family and friends.
Again a great experience. Everything was explained in detail and I was treated as if I was family. The staffs knowledge of good dental care is outstanding.
The personnel is very pleasant and caring but most of all very professional and accommodating with the needs of the client.
Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
