This firm installed my HVAC American Standard system in 2014. Because of warranty I continue to have unit checked twice a year. I had a preferred technician, especially during COVID year, who is no longer with this firm. Yesterday’s checkup was so quick compared to what I watched former technician do, I’m wondering if I got a thorough checkup. Spent more time on his iPad than checking my AC.

I did check your service call from last spring and the tech was at your property for an hour and 20 minutes and this spring just over an hour. Last season your service included a light cleaning of the coil which took some extra time. We assure you that each service we provide is consistent to all seasonal checks. Our techs operate on iPad provided by the company and work is the only use on the iPad.
Technician arrived a bit early. He was polite, friendly, professional, masked, and careful to be clean and neat in his work. He did the normal spring service on our furnace and AC system, inspected the filter (and replaced it as it was quite dirty - as expected based on our 10 year service history). I remain pleased with M.E. Flow service and continue to use them.
