Jamie did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and had several suggestions for repairs I hadn’t noticed. He also installed a new kitchen faucet that I provided. It is installed in a tight space but he did it quickly and it looks great

We have used A+ for years with no issues until they were bought out & service/pricing has been downhill ever since. Our AC shut off the other day. Called, they were to come out late that day. Never showed. Never called. Had to call them the next day. Were to come around noon. Finally showed up late afternoon. We pay for the gold service plan for twice a year maintenance. I have had the maintenance plan with Patrick's for years. I called them to advise my unit was running but not cooling. They came out the next day and advised I needed a compressor replaced which was under warranty and the refrigerant which would be $5,000.00. The technician then came back with the written estimate, it showed $3,295.00. Asked how that could be if the compressor was under warranty? They advised the warranty price for it was $2,374.00! Accommodating, communicate well about their arrival time (although I wish the appointment could be within a smaller window than before noon or after noon), allow me to watch them as they do their work.

I was notified ahead of time what time to expect them and they were on time. The young man was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have always had excellent service with ME Flow since I had them install my system six years ago!

They have never disappointed me. I've used them with all the Assisted Living Communitys that I've worked as a Director. They are very considerate of the Seniors that are present and focused on resolving the issues at hand. Recently ,while out of town , they took care of an emergency situation . They impressed my on site support manager so much that he mentioned how appreciative he was for my finding M.E. Flow.

Just good service - please. Please keep it up. They serviced my very old system and installed the new...great system and much much more energy efficient. I also had them install the UV air scrubber during Covid. My air is cleaner now as my filters don't need changing as frequently as before.
