HAGEN!!!! she was awesome, so knowledgeable and friendly. Me & another customer were waiting on Edgar & the diagnostics machine, a third customer came in and Edgar finally came out and asked Hagen if she would just do it because last time he "messed up and didnt know what buttons to push" so Hagen came out in 30 degree weather to help me and another customer and she remained friendly and professional. BE MORE LIKE HAGEN :)
I’m at a guy named Fred. He was awesome. He stayed with me until my tags were on when the other lady in the store told me she couldn’t do it. He is also a mechanic. Come by and see him.
Excellent customer service from Fred!! Hooked me up with a great deal on wiper blades and quickly helped install them for me. Will return.
I been coming here since I was a teenager, very disappointed but I do understand its a diy type of situation but it sucks when Advance is selling faulty alternators and recycling them and putting them back on the shelves to resell, some people cant afford to go to a shop and have to settle with buying the part and paying someone to install it and it cost more money for labor to take it back out when its not working smh and asked to provide documentation on the labor work for when it was put in and taken taken out to reimburs... read more
