The parts are terrible quality and the customer service is even worse. Save yourself some time and frustration do not buy from this location.
I've never been able to get any decent service from this company.No matter the location there information is wrong and constantly issue the wrong parts
Store 2672 - I was having the worst day and not much was going right and then i went to Advanced Auto thinking the trend would continue, to get help with my headlight that was out and it seem like it wasn't going to get fixed But Trey would not give up and not only gave me the best customer service but I left with my headlights working .... He has the most amazing people skills. Keep up the amazing work.
Absolutely amazing service, walked in had a great conversation with Tra about my battery under warranty getting replaced. He looked everything up, Steven replaced it within 10 minutes I was finished. Highly recommend great customer service 👍.
