Just did a warranty return. Easiest warranty claim ever.
Was having some problems with my rotors and pads I had purchased a few months earlier. I came in Mike the general manager was super helpful polite and helped me a lot. Also tre and amber also always help me when I come in. Definitely best parts store in town hands down
Great staff helpful
The associate James was not helpful at all, instead of assisting his other coworker behind the counter and other customers he walked away and pulled out his phone, he even had headphones in. Completely unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever. When he finally came back to help me he just pointed at me, no greeting. His coworker is the one who actually helped me.
