This evening, Shon and Troy provided me with outstanding customer service which went above and beyond any reasonable expectations. I’ve recently been experiencing problems with my engine turning over when starting the vehicle and they quickly diagnosed that the battery had reached the end of its useful life. DO NOT COME HERE AND GET ANYTHING TESTED. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY TESTED IT AND IT WAS BAD JUST SO YOU CAN BUY ANOTHER ONE. I WENT THERE 8/4/26 TO GET A BATTERY TESTED THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BAD. THEN WENT TO O'REILLY AND THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BATTERY AND FULLY CHARGED IT. DISHONESTY WILL NOT COME BACK
