I had a bad experience dealing with the manager at this store . He is rude just because I returned merchandise I bought online. I can tell by the tone of his voice that he is upset . As a result without further explanation I came $22 short on my refund. He refuse to explain why I came short of my refund despite I got my online transactions on hand. Service is outstanding. They always go up and beyond to get the items I need. I've been a customer for many years, even worked for them at one point. Thanks for the great products and customer service.
Made a drive-by on them since it was close and we were having problems starting our car while out shopping. Replacement battery changed in 30 minutes and on our way. Good customer service and good price to include a military discount.
