I stopped by yesterday to have a code read on my VW Tiguan. I was helped by Nick, who was helping from his regular store, Woodbridge. I’m so glad he was there. My last experience getting a code read there wasn’t nearly as good as this time. Nick took time to not only tell me the code number, he also told me what it meant, explained how the codes work, etc. and made sure I understood what he explained without talking down to me or patronizing me. I’ll return to his store if I need help in the future. Thanks Nick!
Always good service
We were greeted & helped right away. I just needed wiper blades, which I could have found & installed on my own, but it was really nice to just chill & have it done by someone else on this particular day. Super appreciate the extra hand today. 🙏🏼
I went in there fully expecting to pay full price for a battery but mine was under warranty & cost me nothing. Also Mr. Eric swapped battery out for me and was amazing. Ty ME.
