I had a great experience with Nick at Advance Auto Parts. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me figure out the issue I was dealing with on my car. I want to the store the other night within 1 hour of it closing. I needed windshield washer fluid. The kind, young man helped me find the section with the fluid. He carried the one I chose to the checkout counter and I went to my car to fill the reservoir. I haven't had the car long and the hood would not open. I went back into the store asked him for help and he came outside and opened the hood for me, explaining that sometimes there is a little trick to it.
