They also do not pay there bills and ignore calls when we are calling about a unpaid invoice so they just pocket your money and dont pay there bills

We’re doing genetic testing for IVF and unfortunately this is the lab that my doctors office collaborates with. Our embryos were sent for testing over 2 months ago and we were told this process typically take only 2-3 weeks. Each time i try to call this lab for an update, no one answers the phone! I’ve left several emails and voicemails.. it is completely unacceptable. Going forward i will be asking my doctors if there are any other labs we can utilize that are more organized and can offer testing/ results in a timely manner... read more
