We talked to and signed a contract on 18 October 2021 with SunPro *****. At the time we thought we were told that it should take only about 30 -60 days for install and connection. Due to many paperwork issues caused mainly by the SunPro company it took over 6 months (the contract did say it could take up to 180 days) to have final approval to operate. We signed our contract March 7 with SunPro. It appears that ADT is now handling the contract. We have repeatedly called as they have been unable to get a permit correctly submitted through Seminole County. We have told them repeatedly how to do this. It is now June 14 and we don't even have a permit, let alone an installation date, inspection date, or turn on date. What a farse this company is! Highly doubt is going to be done anytime soon after reading the review. We checked out SunPro, who seemed to have OK reviews, we wou... read more

Im a homeowner that I have to admit it was suckered into going solar or GREEN as the government and businesses put it, I too entered into an agreement and my solar panels was installed in mid October of 2021 with a pre inspection of January 2022 which wasnt did till April 2022 reasons being as large as this company is they couldnt locate an Electrican, and as everyone else it failed the inspection. It's been 5 months since our system was installed, and it has still not been turned on. We have been paying for both our electric bill and solar loan and waiting. All inspections taking weeks of run around, when they're finally done it takes weeks more of processing. While we do get reimbursed for each solar payment it take them WEEKS to even confirm that the reimbursement is confirmed to be given, let alone in the mail. This company is terrible do not recommend. Me and my husband agreed to get solar panels for our home. This was back in December 2021 we are now on June 2022 and the city of Jacksonville inspector have come to check if the installation was done properly not once, not twice but three times and all three inspections has failed. We have tried to get a hold of someone via phone calls and emails but no response. I do not recommend this company and definitely regret it.
