Noe came to look at my garage opener. He was the second technician that I called because the previous one could not figure out the issue. Noe was able to tell me right away that the motor bracket is broken. He tried to get the part but was told that the whole thing comes in a kit. so we ended up installing a new one in less than an hour. I liked their service and their pricing. He also helped me program both of my cars.
They installed my garage door a few days ago. Not only am I one happy customer but it looks beautiful. I highly recommend ADS. All the way from the office personnel to the tech that installed it, good people!!
ADS installed the new garage door for us a few years ago. Yesterday we found out that the operator door bracket was pulled out of the door. ADS Tech came out today and fixed it within 30 min. Great service, highly recommended.
This company gets five stars for it's employees. They are amazing. We had a not so great experience with the manufacturer of our four doors, but the team at ADS did everything they could to make it right.
From telephone call to completion of door repair, service was professional and as discussed in our initial contact. Noe was knowledgeable in his approach to the repairs needed. And we appreciated they were there within a day to tackle our repair need. Unlike others, they would provide a quote for the job over the phone and it was as agreed. Other services provide no estimate and would just bill you after the job or charge a service fee if they did not get the job.
i had my garage door installed with ADS. it was fast, clean and very professional service. i would definitely recommend their service. no complains at all.
