On March 31, 2025, my ninety-five-year-old mother was referred for Hospice Palliative Care by her primary care physician. Though there were some challenges in getting the required paperwork from the physician’s office, the Adoration staff was tenacious in communicating with the appropriate individuals to obtain the necessary information for completing the admissions process. they don't reply to texts or return phone calls from family. they caused delays when we were transferring our mom's care to a more professional competent hospice provider.
My husband was under Adoration Home Health and then later he went on Adoration Hospice. All the nurses and everyone were wonderful. They not only helped him to the best of their abilities but was also there for me. Anything we needed they got it for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good healthcare to help with your needs.

I was a patient Dunlap office is horrible the office staff and manager would strongly recommend noone use them.
