I’m here visiting from out of town. And I have a relative that has services with you all. Just the time I have been here visiting I see where one of your employees name Cassandra is rude and over steps the title of her job. When your taking care of a love one by your self support is everything. You all need to get educate your employees on being more compassionate and approach patients and family in a more professional matter .
If I could give zero stars, I would. Repeated no shows or last minute cancellations. On one of these occasions the nurse said "well, your husband does it on our off days so he can just do it on Mondays, too and I will only come on Friday". No. Doctor ordered 2 visits per week & that is what my insurance company paid for. If you aren't willing to visit as scheduled & we can do it oursekves, no need to come at all! I had orientation on Tuesday of this week. I had a tb test done. I was told to come back Thursday or no later than Friday to have my arm read. I just left about 20 minutes ago and was told they had to let me go because I didn't do relias, so I can start today at a home. I was reluctant about it anyhow because I asked if they had any cases in Chattanooga, since that is where I live and they said yes, now from my experience with these companies, they try to put you where they can't keep people, due to how some families are.
