I began seeing Dr. Christina in 2010 after watching her work with my mother who had just had multiple strokes. After dealing with back/neck issues for a few years, she helped get me to the point where I feel normal! She is caring, knowledgable, inquisitive, and gentle. Dr. Jeff is great at getting me in the day I call. Their office is clean and welcoming. Every visit is a wonderful experience physically and emotionally!

Dr. Christina and Dr. Jeff are caring professionals. Dr. Christina listens carefully to your concerns and treats you accordingly. Many people are not familiar with Chiropractic care and have a concern; this is not necessary. The treatments are gentle and non invasive.
Dr. Christina is not only an amazing person...she's an amazing chiropractor! I have been very afraid of visiting chiropractors after my doctor told my mom at age 13 that I was a "chiropractor's dream". They are both really nice people but after 8 visits I still have no relief from my back problem.
The smile you see in their profile picture is genuine. It greets me each time I enter the office. Dr. Cristina is caring and does excellent adjustments to the body. They are professional and a pleasure to be around.

I came to Dr. Christina over a year ago for a frozen shoulder I had had for over a year. A friend had mentioned Adjust Your Health, so I decided to give it a try.
