Drs. Christina and Jeff have brought healing into my life! As a sufferer of life long back pain I am a true testament to the wonderful treatment of Adjust Your Health practitioners. I live primarily pain free now but even better when the pain does surface I know how to best respond to my body! The newest addition to the practice, Lexi the massage therapist, is just amazing! If you're not a patient here you're missing out!!!
Christina is amazing. Not only is she super nice (and Jeff too), she has literally changed my life. I have been able to stop one of my fibromyalgia medications and my neck, shoulders and back do not hurt all the time like they used to. She is not your "typical" chiropractor! If you're suffer from pain, she is a must see!!!

I've been going to Adjust Your Health for several years and it has been a life saver. Dr. Christina has done wonders for my back and hips. She is gentle yet affective in adjusting and she has an incredible bedside manner!
I would highly recommend Dr. Christina. I love her modern approach to chiropractic and how she truly cares about you, your health and your needs. I was nervous to initially see a chiropractor as I was having severe neck pain and figured it would eventually go away, but the pain persisted for several weeks and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the care I received. I am also equally as thrilled to have no pain now!
Dr. Christina is amazing! I don't have enough good words to say about her. After following with her for a year, I moved. During that year I saw great results. I had decreased headaches and had improved range of motion. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and gets to know you, going the extra mile if needed. I continue to see Dr. Christina every time we make it back to KC, it's a priority. I have yet to find another Chiropractor that cares as much for her patients and delivers results as well as Dr. Christina.
