SCAM, they will find a way to charge you extra. We upgraded the diamond on the engagement ring. When we picked out the diamond, they told us its free to set it back on the same ring we bought from them. So we did the upgrade and after we sent them the ring they said we have to pay $189 for the prong fee which they did not listed on their website. We was like whatever, and paid the fee. When we got the new diamond, we didn't like it so we contacted them to do the exchange. The new diamond costed more so we paid the difference... read more

I ordered a loose diamond from Adiamor. The diamond came and I sent it to get mounted. I did not inspect the diamond close enough (This was my mistake by being to trusting and not knowing enough about diamonds and how to inspect them). When I got the diamond back in the setting I immediately noticed two large black areas that have no light reflection. It is an awful diamond. I cannot sing Adiamor's praises enough. The quality of jewelry coupled with their amazing customer service has really made our wedding band purchasing a seamless process. My husband purchased my engagement ring through Adiamor; we were so pleased with the diamond's quality that we went back to them for my wedding band. We had a couple friendship use Adiamor for rings, so we were confident in both high quality and customer service. I'd talked about a Tiffany ring, so my sweet husband priced what he could get with our budget there - had we gone with Tiffany, we'd have paid more than twice as much for a lower quality, less customized ring. At Adiamor, we were able to create a beautiful ring, high quality, at a cost that was lower than the overall appraisal. It's stunning, and I'm so proud to wear it.

I sent my ring back because I didn't like the band or diamond. Carly at Adiamor was extremely helpful with assisting me with the return and picking out a new diamond and band. Thank you Carly! My son shopped for months for the perfect engagement ring. He was extremely particular about the shape, cut, size, didn't want fluorescence, it had to be set in platinum...etc...Bottom line: The customer service team at Adiamor took excellent care of my son delivering the perfect diamond to meet all of his requests. I highly recommend this jewelry store!

Over $70,000 was soent on a loose diamond my husband purchased from Adiamor AFTER being told that they would match James Allen's free setting offer. After buying the stone, Adiamor refused to provide the setting for free. The exact stone (matching GIA cert. no.) was available on White Flash, a competitor's site. Adiamor's website says they offer a price match.
