This how customer service is done! I had a very positive experience with Adiamor! I purchased an engagement ring setting by itself, as I already had a loose diamond solitaire. My original plan was have a local jeweler set the stone in the setting, but after speaking with Adiamor customer service, it made good sense to have them set the diamond for me. They were more than happy to assist and I could not be happier! Fantastic customer service! Beautiful engagement ring! They have definitely earned my trust and business!

Cant check if the diamond you get are the same as the diamond certificates. Even they themselves couldnt find and read to the *** numbers when I took my ring to their LA office! The point of buying *** diamonds is to know that you got what youre promised. But, in my case, I may be wearing something worth thousands of dollars or $25!

I couldnt figure out what to get my wife for our 10 year anniversary and had been seeing prices all over the place but, never as low as Adiamor. I decided on a pair of lab created diamond earrings. Payment process was very straight forward! The customer service response was awesome. I received a call nearly right after, from a lovely lady, (I can't remember her name) just to confirm everything with me and what to expect. I received follow up emails to any questions I had from **** and ***. Beautiful Adiamor packaging as well.
