The hygienist was extremely rough... She was digging into my teeth very hard she even stood up to get into my teeth. My teeth are very clean. I have never had such a bad dental hygienist. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months all of my life!
I have been going to Capital Dental Group for many years. I came first with a stain on my front teeth and when I left, it was gone. I made it home before the tears of happiness came but they did. I have such respect for Dr. Logan and all of the staff. They are very friendly but professional.
Never a long wait and extremely friendly doctors& assistants!
I broke my front tooth the day before leaving for a cruise. They were able to squeeze me in and give me a temporary do i could enjoy me trip!
Best care annywere
Everything was great until the hygiene assistant started doing her polishing- it was horrible just like the previous experience on my last visit. They are just in a hurry "to get it done" that its useless even doing that part I would do a better job washing & flossing my teeth. I hope they put importance on this step as part of the dental visit. If I can compare it to baking a cake- the hygienist is literally pouring the icing on top of the cake just so there is an icing on it instead of decorating the cake with some icing.
Everytime I return here is a pleasant visit. Always very pleased with the service. The only thing I can nitpick is maybe upgrading to to a state of the art x Ray machine.
Fast and convient
The people that helped during my visit were very nice and friendly. I love coming to this dentist! Sometimes I forget that I'm at the dentist because the people make me feel very comfortable.
