As always, the visit was excellent. The staff is great. I was amazed that the receptionist remembered me by name when I walked in. You guys are great. Thanks.
The hygienists that cleaned my teeth seemed kinda rough,and I didn't think she should of discussing in front me that lack of training the new girl that polished my teeth had or didn't have. It made me feel uncomfortable and feel bad for the girl that is probably nervous and new to the job. Maybe it could of been handled differently.
I had a bad tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. But with the good hummer from Doc and the rest of his crew, I had a great time and my tooth was extradited without to much pain. I will definitely be going there again!!!
Donald and I enjoyed our experience today. The girls made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Joking and asking us about our day. Donald who usually very tense about going to the dentist, today said it wasn't that bad. Although I wish they would have gotten after him to brush more, ;)
My dental service was excellent, and I appreciated being worked in by Trish. My only criticism is that I would have appreciated knowing BEFORE my appointment that Dr. Casteen was no longer a Delta provider. I could pay that day for the service. Not everyone can. It is a courtesy to your patients.
Outstanding service, as always!!! Very personable staff taking that extra step in seeing to my needs.
Everyone has been very nice. Hygienist gentle. Have given me many options. Did not make me uncomfortable in any way. Was leery of going to dentist due a couple of bad experiences but they put my fears at ease.
It was great, fast and friendly, love everyone there!!!!!!
I was so impressed with Capital Dental Group at my first appointment. The entire staff from the receptionists, assistants, and Dr. made the whole visit very pleasant and comfortable. I'm happy I made the choice to choose this office.
