As always very friendly and professional. When asked I always refer Capital for anyone looking for a good office
Staff was very nice, dr was pleasant, only downfall was after being numbed i was left in my chair for 30 min waiting, not sure if thats standard but scott dalquist got me in and out prompt on my last visit and i was not numb for 5 hours after procedure
Every experience I've had with Capital Dental has been great. All personnel are polite, friendly, and accommodating. I can also always count on prompt service.
I was referred by a Co-Worker whom has taken their kids there and had nothing but Great things to say! So we tried them out, and they did soooo Good with ny daughter! They let her help and explained to her what they were doing and went at her pase. Dentists can be scary for little ones and my dsughter left there asking to go back and help brush her teeth!
The ladies were good and informative. The biggest problem that I have is why do you polish my teeth first then you come back and scrap the particles etc out and not polish afterwards. Makes no sense. Hey let me wax your car then color sand it after. Also when I left yesterday it was raining as I walked outside I hit that tile you have in front and ate shit Phone flying bruised elbow but I'm fine. Fix the tile before you get sued.
The staff was great, i was taken back as soon as i arrived and was out in 30 minutes. They do a great job
My appointment on 7/18/17 went well and everyone who worked my appointment was pleasant. Checking out was the same and my questions were answered.
I showed up at the office 15min before closing time with an emergency dental problem I was treated so special and with so much care!! Went in the next morning to fix the problem and again fantastic staff!!!!!! So impressed with this office Thank you!! Especially to the receptionist!!!!!
