Their online portal makes it so easy to get an appointment with and see the provider, and they work with multiple insurance companies that cover your care. Their providers are knowledgeable and efficient staff helped complete my visit and provide my prescription. Thank you!
I had a very positive experience with Dr Adel. I found it very easy to make my appt, was able to do the appointment online and did not feel rushed at all. He listened thoroughly and was able to adjust medication as I needed. I would highly recommend him and his psychiatric nurse who continues my medication management in between my visits. Same day appointments are always available and they take my insurance, which not a lot of doctors do these days.
He is the worst doctor I have ever seen. Stay away from this office please. They want just money.
STAY AWAY! Very hokey and unprofessional. Danny refused to protect my credit card data. He required as a condition of being a patient that all my credit card details be submitted through unsecured email, fax, or snail mail. He even refused to take my information over the phone! They are violating PCI credit card regulations and numerous privacy requirements. Just imagine how they'll fail to protect your medical records!! STAY AWAY!
I had a positive experience with Dr. Mostafavi. In my opinion, he is the best Dr. I’ve had. He took his time with me and I feel he understood how to treat my condition.
IThis doctor left his practice to a nurse practitioner. My wife was attempting to locate a practice that was unmarked on the building directory. After two calls, both within 15 minutes, she was hit with a $500 fee for “skipping “ her appointment. After some serious phone calls and review, the fee was waived and the appointment rescheduled. By this time my wife was in serious withdrawal from her previous meds. The NP referred her to an intensive outpatient program, but DID NOT ASSIST IN ANY HELP
Stay away. His suggestion to stop one of my meds cost me my career. Very unethical man and such a sketchy office too. He is just smart enough to present himself well and apear confident, don't be fooled and just go see a decent doctor. Wish I had never been to his office.
This is a horrible business. The administrative staff is completely incompetent, will not return phone calls or emails, and are down-right rude when you do talk someone. As for the doctors, I will say that the original doctor that I met with for the first year was awesome, but when she left on maternity leave, I was forced to see a nurse practitioner to get a refill on a prescription while she was gone. He was extremely rude and treated me like I was some drug seeking addict off the street.
Please stay away from this business. They're an opportunistic money grabbing business. They will do everything in their power to squeeze every penny out of you.
