I was spoken over and cut off several times preventing the provider to understand my concerns. I was then prescribed a medication I insisted not being put on due to reacting to the class of medicines negatively. I find Dr. Rabani demeanor to be very apathetic and condescending. I expressed that my regular physician wanted a psychiatrist to write my adhd prescriptions however, this doctor does not write scripts for controlled substances. My intake appointment only lasted 15 minutes and usually appointments of this nature last... read more
Spent the entire telehealth visit mansplaining and talking down to me. (I have a degree in psychology and work in academic medicine, don’t talk to me like I’m an idiot that doesn’t know anything). Told me I was fine without giving me a chance to explain the mental breakdown I had a few weeks ago that caused my therapist to tell me she thinks I have a very serious condition and need to see a psychiatrist to be sure. I could go on. But I’m tired. The search to find him was awful. Now have to do it all over again. Anyway, pleas... read more
Dr. Rabbani is fine, but the office is poorly staffed and often rude. No one ever answers the phone, they don't return calls or emails. Due to the failure of staff to respond, I have run out of perscription medication.
Dr. Rabbani is a kind soul and phenomenal doctor. I have struggled with a serious mental illness for the majority of my life and had to fight to find someone to help me. He is empathetic, non-judgmental and very matter of fact. He helped me feel like I’m a normal person and hopeful that my condition does not need to get in the way of having a meaningful life
I have enjoyed seeing Dr. Rabbani. Nice and easy to talk to.
Been seeing Dr. Rabbani since his wife died and he has continued the great care I received from her. He initially diagnosed my Adult ADD years before I saw his wife. Now he is treating both my depression and ADD. Good therapists are few and far between. And when you find one, you are very lucky. He listens when I have something to say. Yes, he will prescribe meds first but he leave the choice whether or not to accept them up to me and does offer alternative methods for treatment if I need it or want it.
I found Dr. Rabbani's style and tone to be very defensive, authoritarian, and unempathetic. I don't think he spent the time to get to know me or build a relationship, and I think it's best I seek treatment elsewhere. Sensitive and fragile folks, beware. He does not have a good bedside manner.
He’s great. I saw his wife before she died and was reluctant to see him but I am very grateful that I did. He’s respectful and kind and has helped me very much.
Dr. Rabbani has really helped me since I have been under his care. He is genuine in caring for his patients, and providing the right care for them. He listens to concerns and addresses them, accordingly. Additionally, he offers explanations for better understanding of what is being experienced. Several times I have forgotten to reschedule an appointment and he graciously takes the extra time to see me. There's not many people who would work as hard for their patients as he does. I am grateful for him and would not be where I... read more
