RecommendedI’ve Been working here since May and I absolutely love my job and my clients! They pretty much give you your own schedule to work with and the days you want to work. It’s always a set schedule as well. The mangers and office members are very understanding and helpful and they stay in contact 24/7 so if you need anything they are always there to help. I’ve recommended this job to everyone I know I absolutely love it! It’s a great company to work for here in Kokomo!
I have been working for Adaptive since March, so right at the beginning of the pandemic! In just a few short months they have done everything they can to change the way we do things to keep our clients and caregivers safe. Safety has been a priority since day one. Love working for a company that actually cares enough to change things to make it an even better company!!!

I've been with adaptive since march2020 best Heath care job I've ever had. I'm only sorry I didn't find them years ago.very rewarding, understanding, caring people. recommend this kind of job to anyone wanting to make a difference in someone's life.

they were sending their untrained staff to my home with gloves in a paper sack in the bottom of their purse. When I complain more than once about my fears of being infected from Dirty gloves they dropped me with no notice and no concern for my well-being. Tell everyone you know run from this company they don't care about people
