Recommended5/5 stars! I love working with Adaptive. My interview was a day after I applied to their company, which was on the phone because of COVID. They are extremely caring and worked with my schedule to get me in for orientation and start working. The staff in the office make it easy to communicate with them with questions and or concerns you may have.
I’ve worked for Adaptive Kokomo for almost a year now! They have been very professional since the day I was interviewed. I’ve worked for a few different home health company’s and Adaptive has been the best by far. They have given the best training and education I’ve received from a home health company prior to being put into the field. This is my first home health care company I have worked for and so far I LOVE it. They girls at the kokomo office are super nice and try really hard to work around schedule conflicts. they are also very understanding that things come up sometimes. One thing that I really like about this company is that if you do not feel comfortable with a client they will try their best to understand the issue and get you out if the conflict can not be fixed.

I’ve been working for Adaptive since Dec and have had nothing but great experiences. They’re good at getting the hrs you need, also understanding when need to change. They are compassionate and understanding to us aides and our clients and quick to respond to any questions and concerns we have. I most definitely recommend Adaptive to work for it to have take care of you

Adaptive is a company that cares for their employees just as much as the clients they serve. They are very understanding when something comes up and an employee might need their position(s) filled for a day. This company also cares tremendously about their employees mental health, as well as letting their employees know when they’re doing a good job. It doesn’t matter if you’re an employee or a client, Adaptive takes care of their people!

I've been at this company for a year and a half. I absolutely love my job. And the team i work with from office staff, nurse, and the other HHA. I would recommend this company for Anyone looking for a career and services.
I love working for adaptive. The girls in the Kokomo office are amazing. You can talk to them if you are having issues with a client. They are encouraging. When I have been sick a few times I would get a text the next day asking how I am feeling. Have never worked for a better company!!!!!!
