I had a wonderful experience with Dennis of Adamson Ford. If Dennis didn’t know what the answer was he went and asked someone who did. Dennis is a good young man and worth asking for him. This is first time I ever bought a new car and I feel like I got a fair price in which I can live with. They were willing to work with me and I never felt pressured to buy anything.
Very good at what they do. Things were explained and easy to understand, made sure we got the best deal we could. Friendly staff and atmosphere!

They only get one star because I can't go less than one. Absolute worst customer service ever. I would consider their service department as a parts changer, not a service department. Took my car in for a fan blower problem, and three trips in, and $1,085 later, its still doing the same thing. Now they want more money to replace another part. All of this within days of the first visit.
Yesterday I was able to buy my dream car since I was 6 years old lol! I got a 2018 Mustang GT! Adamson Ford worked with me and made it happen. They are SUPER nice and willing to help anyone in anyway they can. I also very highly recommend car salesman LeNorris Underwood! I will being doing more business with them in the future! If your in the market for a New Ford or a used car you should definitely check them out!!

Allow me to just say, Gregg Potts and the Adamson team were how a dealership should treat a customer. Gregg not only got the best price for my girlfriend, but had a zero sales gimmick attitude. It was nothing but the lowest prices with no hidden numbers. He worked with me over the weekend and completely through text. He is exactly how the sales experience should be.
