The sales dept is great especially Norris but I can't say the same thing about the service department I thought my car was about to possibly catch on fire and the service department told me they could see me after the first of the year and then the lady told me to call Long Lewis Ford or another Ford dealer I would have thought that in an emergency situation like possibly a fire in the wiring of the car they would at least check it out maybe not fix it but at least let me know the car's not going to burn up then I could have... read more

Went to Adamson thinking their would be a lot of pressure from the sales team. Sully introduced himself and had no pressure, very helpful and knowledgeable. When something came up we didn’t like he went and had it fixed and was able to give us the deal we wanted. Highly recommend Sully.
