Each time my daughter and I are in Gainesville she asks to go to Adams Rib co. The service is always fast and friendly. And the Food was great as usual.
They have great food but don't go to the one on SW 13th on the wknds when the boss is not there cause the service sucks. Was there Saturday and a girl approached my table after 5 minutes asked me if anyone had taken my drink order and then a guy walked in the door with a shake or something she left me went to him and never came back. Sat there another 2 or 3 minutes to nothin. Finally got up and walked out. Oh and there were only 4 tables of costumers in there, pretty sad.
Best thick & tender ribs ever. Generous servings, fast service, clean, clean, clean place. Our favorite place to eat in Gainesville, at either location on 441.
