There is a man they call t40. I think he is a good cook i wish he was my cook everyday. The food is so good you want more. The poppers and corn nuggets are my fav. The tea is really good too, also the h-cake. Thanks for the good service and even better food. Thank you so much T-40 and the rest of adam's crew. From gennie, nancy, and amanda. If you are looking for a lade back restaurant with really good food you should go try adams rids co.
I think Adam's ribs are the best ribs that I have ever had. My dad and I go there at least once a week. I love Adam's ribs so much I wear their shirt almost everywhere I go .

We Love this place!! I've been a Sonny's customer for many many yrs. I've watched Sonny's downsize their portions and cont to raise their prices while loosing quality of the products. Adams has become my favorite place for BBQ. The portion sizes are amazing, the food itself is so tender, juicy and perfectly smoked and I bet you'll be stuffed and still need a take home box. The employees there are so friendly and all work together as a team! Love it
Best of the best BBQ in Gainesville or anywhere!! Fast and friendly service! Been eating at both locations for over 5 years! Must try the ribs! Everything is fresh and smoked on site! If you're in town visiting UF or a Gator sport event or just passing through Florida on I-75 this is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The lunch specials are fantastic and cheap...starting at $5.99! I highly recommend!
