The ribs were OMG , the food was great and the atmosphere was nice too. I will come back next year.
The north location has the better ribs! Just an FYI, also don’t miss the green beans or the coleslaw.
Wonderful! Both locations, and especially the one on the corner of Archer Rd. It was busy and My Husband and I were on our way home during the busiest times of dinner rush. Everyone was exceptional in the details from order taking, prepping it and being kind and professional. Kudos to the Manager as well who was on duty for being professional, accurate and kind. You all did well!! That's why Adams Rib is THE BEST place for ribs!

Was in gainesville visiting decided to stop by for lunch. It was fantastic by far the best ribs I have ever had. The staff was great very nice. I will definitely recommend.
