Keep up the good work Adam
So many years of coming to Gainesville and finally made it to Adam’s. Such a mistake not dining here sooner. Smoky, meaty, and tender ribs and great collards. Service was fast and friendly and all food was served hot and fresh. This will be part of our regular rotation for sure whenever in the area. #GoGators

First time I’ve been able to have Adam’s Rib Co in years since moving from Gainesville. Food was FANTASTIC! Just like I remember! Service was great and fast! Love the bigger location on 13th.
Beautiful cuts of ribs and brisket for the road back to Jacksonville. Not greasy at all and it was prepared quickly. I wish I could have stayed and acted like a pig at the trough...
Walked in at 8:30pm on Saturday wanting to place a togo order. Was told my order would not be ready since they close at "9pm". Waiter told me my order would not be ready since they were busy. I only saw 5 tables. I tried making things easier and asked what was ready and cooked at the moment so I could take my food and go. The person said everything was ready but I was still turned away because they were "busy". I would understand if I showed up at 8:50pm but I was there at 8:30. What kind of a place called Adam's ribs runs out of RIBS on 4-7-2018. Never eat their again. SONNYS NEVER RUNS OUT OF RIBS ON A SATURDAY. U SUCK
