Rude, dishonest realtor. Don't make any deal not lease or buy/sell with him. What he tells its totally different of what he gives at the end of the transaction. You think that since there is a contract you are save until months later you realized that while he was talking and talking while you were signing a contract you didn't notice when he put something you guys agreed will NOT do.
