Service was excellent! Room was clean. Will definitely stay again! Very convenient and quiet area. Was on family vacation, stayed in a very spacious room. Got a heck of a workout as it was on the third floor, but well worth it!
Great, friendly place where you meet interesting people during breakfast, get handwritten notes from staff, and practical solutions are provided (e.g. computer incl. printer available to guests). Highly recommended.

I loved this place! Adams Morgan is a cute neighbourhood and the inn is cute to match. Rooms have everything you need, I booked a room with shared bath but was happy to find I had a handbasin in the room so for little things like handwashing and toothbrushing didn't have to go down the hall -- plus, plenty of tap water to drink! Perfect Location, Carriage House is stunning! Friendly and helpfull staff, clean and comfy.
Loved the location. We were in basement room with lots of space. Property was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Lots of things to do within short walking distances (eateries, nightlife, metro, circulator bus, etc). Metro is short distance away however the sidewalks were uneven so made the walk with wheeled luggage a little frustrating...No fault of the Adam's Inn staff just thought I'd mention that if you're planning on using the metro as your transportation to this location from the airport.
