We booked 7 rooms in November for April. Thanks to COVID-19, we were unable to travel. Adam's Inn refused any kind of refund or to reschedule or to give us a discount for a future visit. They got over $1700 from us for absolutely nothing but a headache!
This place refused to make any kind of exception towards refund or credit for monies paid during a national advisory against non essential travel. This place is into greedy business practices.
Refused to refund our money amid the Coronavirus pandemic and CDC warnings not to travel. Any business greedy enough to refuse even a partial refund during a pandemic does not deserve people’s money.
we booked through booking.com in January. I contacted Adam's Inn just last week to reserve parking so we had every intention of coming. Since we are now under National State of Emergency and we have a daughter who's immune deficient we cannot go. I contacted booking.com which requested a fee waiver for cancelling. Adam's Inn is refusing to waive the fee or even give half the room charge back. 100% completely unacceptable given the National Crisis. RecommendedWhat a charming place to “get away from the city” in the city! While nested in a quiet neighborhood of Adams Morgan, we forgot we were still within blocks of the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants! We were never big on staycations, but after staying here and the reasonable pricing, we will be coming back.

Superó mis expectativas. Lugar muy bien ubicado, en una zona linda y muy tranquila, casa muy linda con todos los servicios, wifi incluido que funcionaba muy bien, igual que el aire acondicionado, el desayuno muy bueno, puedes servirte libremente lo que necesites, también dejan barritas de cereal, chocolates, agua y café todo el tiempo para tomar libremente. A pesar de compartir el baño, siempre limpio y disponible. Me encantó mi habitación. El precio super genial, regresaría sin duda. Gracias por las atenciones.
