Terrible customer service. Won't return phone calls or emails. Please answer the phone and follow up with your customer's concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
RecommendedI loved our stay! Comfortable and affordable! Everyone was nice and it felt like staying st a friends house! Lots of places nearby and easy to get in out of downtown. I would stay again!!!

This is a super fun place to stay! Great character and awesome neighborhood! I have stayed here two times, had two different rooms, both very nice and comfortable.
Very nice atmosphere and cozy rooms. Breakfast was fine too. It is complicated to find a parking spot in the street though.
Very nice area of D.C. and an especially nice street. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Don’t look for a state of the art bathroom, though!
Nice place. Very hospitable and willing to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We came with a 15 mth old and they went out of thier way to make our daughters time a fun one. The only drawback is parking and even that was amenable. Also loved that a block away was a full grocery store and almost every ethenticity of restaurant you could hope for. I juat hope my bragging doesnt keep me from getting a room the next time we come to town.
Hotel room looked differently than it was advertised at @bookingcomUS prior to our reservation. They showed us the picture of the actual room AFTER we already paid the money, when there was no option to cancel without the cancellation fee. So we ended up with a $90 charge on our account for a place I would never stay in. Tiny beds, tiny room, terrible outdated decorations, old dirty bed covers, no parking, shared common spaces and lots of unpleasant surprises.
