Dr Novack listens to his patients. Today we made a couple of changes to my meds to try for changing an outcome. He’s MY doctor.
He listened to my needs and was very careful to listen before expressing his thoughts on my health concerns. He made the appropriate recommendations and even gave me some samples of the pills he prescribed me so that I could start taking them immediately.
He never rushes you. Explains things very patiently. He’s just like the doctor I used to have when I was young.
