He’s uptodate on my tests and procedures involving my other doctors. So he is able to answer my questions and he’s very easy to talk with about my concerns. He helps eases my mind so I am not all stressed out. Very grateful for his attention to my health issues. His staff members are very concerned and caring people.
Dr Novack was able to quickly diagnose a very red ear canal and prescribed an ear drop which is already helping the pain in my ear.
Always very knowledgeable with my questions and concerns....and always seems to care about these.
