The visit was essentially on time, personnel were very efficient and pleasant. No problems at all.

Seems uncaring. That is my personal experience only. Told him that my meds were out of stock and asked him could he call the insurance company to fight for me to get something compatible and he said no. He stated that he didn't have time to stay 30 minutes on the phone with them because he has 30 other patients. He stated that meds being out of stock is the nature of the beast.
