Dr. Sliker asks questions and REALLY listens to your answers. He offers good suggestions and advice in how to resolve things.
Dr. Novak always listens. He doesn't brush you off. He also thinks through next steps and, if options are available, he lists them and you decide the next steps together.

The doctor was in the room for every bit of 5 minutes with me and didn't explain anything and just gave me a referral.

I recently found it necessary to visit Dr Mandell for an examination and diagnosis. Dr Mandell quickly put me at ease with his kind demeanor and professionalism. As it turns out I will not require surgery however in the event that surgery would have been necessary I would have been completely confident in Dr Mandell. Great Doctor!
