Seems uncaring. That is my personal experience only. Told him that my meds were out of stock and asked him could he call the insurance company to fight for me to get something compatible and he said no. He stated that he didn't have time to stay 30 minutes on the phone with them because he has 30 other patients. He stated that meds being out of stock is the nature of the beast. Dr. Novack is very thorough and covers what health concerns I may have. He listens and makes suggestions. He has always been willing to make a referral.
My mom loves going to see Dr. Novack very nice guy knows what he talking about very helpful and always caring about what the problems that my mom having
We recently moved here from Northeast GA, and was looking for a new Primary Care doctor. Well, I'm so glad we found Dr. Novack. He listened, didn't rush us, and has a very down to earth spirit about him. Vanessa his assistant was pleasant and very thorough. I was impressed with him and his staff. Fine folks and I actually look forward to seeing them for my 3 month check up. Go Dawgs! Heather K
