This was my first visit. Having both the nurse who greeted me to gather the preliminary details, and subsequently Dr. Novak, show such interest, patience, compassion, and concise knowledge, meant everything.
Dr. Novack reviewed with me past lab tests and explained significance, or lack thereof, of results. He also prescribed an additional medicine which has an immediate positive result.
Dr. Novak did a great job of reviewing my recent lab work and all of my health issues. I appreciate his attentiveness and care for my wellbeing.
Dr. Novack gets to the point right away. He will keep you informed of all results as soon as possible. Lesson's to what you say and how you feel.
